Q. I’ve got an estimating and accounting package, will OnSite replace them?
A. No. OnSite Companion works happily beside any accounting or estimating systems.

Q. Will I need to use job folders anymore?
A. No. OnSite Companion can replace the entire job folder, both in the office and for supervisors in the field.

Q. Is it an expensive system?
A. No. OnSite Companion often pays for itself within the first 3 – 6 months.

Q. Can we access the software on site?
A. Yes. We offer a supervisor license which can be used on either a lap top or Tablet PC which gives on site users access to the whole system.

Q. Is the software available without an internet connection?
A. Yes, the powerful synchronize engine allows you to work offline and synchronize when the connection is available.

Q. What are the program requirements?
A. OnSite Companion can be set up and networked on anything from a desktop, laptop or tablet PC right through to major server and remote access infrastructure.

Q. How do demos work?
A. We offer free demonstrations which usually take half an hour to an hour of your time depending on how much information you want or need, we do most demonstrations remotely so you can sit in the comfort of your home or office whilst we take you through the program. Demonstrations are also the best way for you to ask any questions and get the answers you need.

Q. Are the demos obligation-free?
A. Yes all our demonstrations are obligation free, all we ask is your time.

Q. Can I have some references?
A. References are available upon request, we are more than happy to give you any references you may need.

Q. I’m a sole trader, how will your software benefit me?
A. OnSite Companion gives you the ability to manage every aspect of the job efficiently whilst minimising time spent in the office.

Q. I’m a nation wide builder, what can your software do for me?
A. OnSite Companion can be managed in the office and onsite which keeps everybody on track at all times. It can improve all aspects of your business including helping your business grow by increasing capacity by up to 30%, and more in some cases.

Q. Who else is using the software in my area?
A. We have a number of clients across Australia and are happy to give more information about builders in your area upon request.

Q. Do you provide on-going support & updates with the purchase of OnSite Companion?
A. Yes. As part of the licensing fee, you will get access to all the updates and new releases of the software as well as on-going remote support.

Q. What sort of emergency support do you offer?
A. We have a team who are able to provide support 9am to 5pm, 5 days a week. We also use sophisticated look at me live software that allows us to service you remotely.
